Description
The MZ.4700 is a combination of a 1080p HDMI camera, an electrically controlled autofocus lens with infinitely variable zoom, a tripod and an illumination system. The MZ.4700 enables the direct inspection of objects on an HD screen. The integrated, mouse-controlled software controls the camera parameters and enables on-screen measurements as well as the capture and storage of images in .jpg or .bmp format and videos in .mp4 format on a USB storage medium. The MZ.4700 is supplied with the standard column stand and a standard LED ring light. The MZ.4700 requires an HD screen. All models are supplied with a 32 GB SD card, a mouse, an HDMI cable and an external 100-240 Vac/12Vdc / 3A power supply.
ZOOM-OBJECTIVE
- The 16-element lens has an 18x zoom factor and produces magnifications of up to 0.56 with manual or automatic focusing
- Field of view from 255 x 145 mm (1x zoom) to 14 x 8 mm (18x zoom)
- Screen magnification 2.8 to 47x at 190 mm working distance (24″ screen)
- The focusing range is between 205 and 225 mm
CAMERA
- The 2 MP camera is equipped with a Sony 1/2.8 inch CMOS sensor
- 4K UHD/1080P CMOS high definition sensor with high signal-to-noise ratio
- Video recording with 3840 x 8160 pixels and up to 60 frames per second
- Connecting the 4K/UHD signal to the HDMI input of an HD screen
- Image and video storage via an internal SD card
- Stand-alone or PC-controlled (ImageFocus Alpha)
INTEGRATED SOFTWARE
- The integrated intuitive software is controlled using the computer mouse supplied and connected to the camera.
- The software offers a camera control panel, an autofocus control panel and a measurement toolbar.
LIGHTING
- A standard LED ring light provides good standard illumination of the sample.
- A ring light with 12x 1W, 30° directional LEDs enables very flexible illumination of the sample
STATIC
- The MacroZoom can be mounted on a special tripod with or without an HD screen
