Description

Halogen-free activated flux according to DIN J-STD-004B type ROL0.

Stannol 500-6B has very good wetting properties with lead-free and lead-containing alloys and, thanks to its special resin composition, is immediately tack-free after cooling. The halogen-free resin residues result in a high surface insulation resistance. A subsequent cleaning process is therefore not necessary. The hard residues improve the adhesion of applied protective coatings. Connecting parts made of brass or bronze, which can usually only be soldered with flux type F-SW26, can also be soldered well with Stannol 500-6B flux.
