Description
Stannol Flux-Ex 500 was mainly developed for cleaning printed circuit boards after soldering using standard soldering processes. However, it is also suitable for numerous other cleaning applications, e.g. for solder frames, stencils and screens or for electronic components. PCBs cleaned with Flux-Ex 500 meet the highest standards of reliability and can be coated with a protective lacquer (conformal coating) if required.

- Very low volatility
- Flash point above 100°C
- No ozone-depleting chemicals
- Low odor, harmless to humans and the environment
- Not aggressive towards printed circuit boards, components and machine parts
- IPC tested and approved as a highly effective alternative to CFC cleaning agents
- Cleaning processes with pure Flux-Ex 500, a mixture of Flux-Ex 500
- and solvents, as well as Flux-Ex 500 and water
