The CCT FOCCUS Fiber Optic Cleaning Kit from Chemtronics contains all the necessary cleaning utensils to make a successful connection with 1.25 mm and 2.5 mm fiber optic connectors. The kit includes a Fiber-Wash AQ Cleaning Pen and a QbE2 Cleaning Platform, which together enable the so-called Combination Cleaning Process.
The Fiber-Wash Pens contain a non-flammable, water-based cleaning solution that cleans the end faces of fiber optic connectors quickly and safely. It also prevents static build-up, which attracts airborne contaminants and causes them to adhere to the end face. For optimum results, use in combination with the QbE2 Cleaning Platform and the Combination Cleaning Process is recommended.
The CCT tools are easy-to-use tools for quick and reliable cleaning of end surfaces. A mechanism guides the cleaning cloth precisely over the cleaning surface - a quick press and click is all it takes. In combination with the Fiber-Wash AQ Cleaning Pen, the CCT tool enables quick, easy and repeatable cleaning.
The QbE2 wipes are made of 100% non-contaminating material. They are characterized by high absorbency, effective absorption of contaminants and high wet strength.
