Description
- Bostik Born2Bond™ Light Lock MV is a transparent, dual-curing, hybrid-based UV adhesive. UV and visible light activate both the cyanoacrylate and acrylate systems, enabling fast, strong, and flexible bonding on transparent parts as well as on large and surface-coated areas. The immediate bondability ensures contact curing between opaque substrates. Light Lock HV has a medium viscosity, is low-sweat, and low-odor. Light Lock UV adhesives are available in various viscosities:
- HV = high viscosity
- MV = medium viscosity
- LV = low viscosity
- Gel
- For: glass, metal, plastic
Suitable applications
- Protective coatings on printed circuit boards
- Encapsulation
- Bonding of needles
- Electronics assembly
- Bonding of metal for perfume and liqueur bottles
- Bonding of plastic and metal for hearing aids
- Bonding of glass and metal for jewelry and watches
