Description
The RS12 is an advanced DC/DC converter that utilizes planar transformer technology to provide very high power density, a 4:1 input voltage, a regulated DC output with 3kVDC isolation and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C (without derating and with convection cooling only). The SIP8 pinout is backwards compatible with our RS6 (6W) and RS3 (3W) and offers the option of 3W, 6W or 12W output power in the same housing, with the difference that the RS12 uses a metal housing. Additional features such as UVLO, CTRL pin, trimmable outputs and simple EMC filtering round off this versatile DC/DC converter, which is also safety certified to UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 and has a CB report.
