Description
The RPZ-1.0 is a synchronous step-down converter with integrated inductance in a tiny, 2.0mm x 2.0mm x 1.6mm, thermally optimized QFN housing. The input range extends from 2.3 to 5.5VDC. The output voltage can be adjusted with two resistors in the range from 0.6V to 5.25V. The output current is up to 1A and is fully protected against continuous short circuits, output overcurrent or overtemperature faults. Due to its high current and small size, the RPZ-1.0 is ideal for imaging systems, decentralized power supply architectures, optical modules and portable battery-powered devices in telecommunication and industrial applications.
