Description
The RPX-0.5Q is a step-down converter suitable for the automotive industry with an integrated choke coil in a compact, 3 mm x 5 mm x 1.6 mm, thermally optimized QFN housing with wettable edges. The input range extends from 4 to 36 VDC, so that 5 V, 12 V or 24 V supply voltages can be used. The output voltage can be adjusted with two resistors in the range from 0.8 to 34 VDC. The output current is up to 0.5A and is fully protected against continuous short circuits, output overcurrent or overtemperature faults.
