Description
The REM2A series DC/DC converters are specially designed for medical applications and offer robust 250VAC continuous insulation and a creepage distance of ≥8 mm. They are housed in a compact DIP16/SMD package and offer industry standard pinouts with precision regulated single and dual outputs. Safety features include UVLO, SCP and OVP. The operating temperature range extends from -40°C to +90°C, with no derating. These converters are UL certified and comply with IEC, EN, and ANSI/AAMI 60601-1 3rd Ed. and 4th Ed. safety and EMC standards for medical applications. They also meet the requirements of IEC, EN and UL 62368-1 for industrial applications. The leakage current is only 2 μA and thus fulfills the strict limit values for medical devices according to IEC60601-1 for B, BF and CF.
