Description
The R-6xxx series is a high-performance switching regulator with 12 pins in a SIP housing (single inline package) from 1.5 V to 15 V (18 V) and 1.1 A to 2 A. Synchronous rectification achieves an outstanding efficiency of up to 97%. The short-circuit protection reduces the short-circuit input current to less than 50mA.
