Description
Tpcm™ 5000 is a new high performance TIM in the Laird product range. Tpcm™ 5000 has been developed to offer the best price/performance ratio available. Tpcm™ 5000 offers very low thermal resistance by combining a high thermal conductivity of 5.3 W/mK with a minimum bondline thickness and excellent wetting of the contact surfaces. With softening between 50°C and 70°C, the initial pad thickness can be reduced to a bondline of only 25µm. The reliability of Tpcm™ 5000 has been proven in various ageing tests over 1000 hours, resulting in a proven reliability at an operating temperature of 125°C. The special polymer matrix offers superior pump-out resistance compared to thermally conductive greases and other phase change materials. Tpcm™ 5000 has been formulated to have just the right tack, remain on linings and be easily removed for use.
