Flux-Ex cleaners: Stannol is expanding its product portfolio with five highly efficient cleaners. The new Flux-Ex series includes broadband and specialty cleaners that are perfectly tailored to their respective areas of application - for example, for cleaning before soldering or for removing residues after soldering. All cleaners are ready to use as a ready-mix: 

  • Flux-Ex Pre - efficient cleaning before soldering
  • Flux-Ex Post - optimum cleaning after soldering
  • Flux-Ex Post Power - extra powerful cleaning after soldering
  • Flux-Ex Glue - the specialist for removing adhesives and heat-conducting pastes

Flux-Ex Pre
Flux-Ex Pre is an aqueous cleaner for the optimal removal of fluxes before soldering, SMD solder pastes on stencils, unpopulated misprints and stencil undersides in screen printers. The cleaner is pH-neutral and quick-drying, making it ideal for the rinsing process.

Flux-Ex Post

  • Suitable for use in ultrasonic systems

Flux-Ex Post Power

Flux-Ex Post Power is an alkaline broadband cleaner that thoroughly removes flux residues and solder pastes after the soldering process. The particularly powerful cleaner is particularly suitable for assemblies, hybrids, stencils, misprints, solder frames and carriers as well as machine parts and magazines.

Flux-Ex Glue

Flux-Ex Glue is the specialist for removing adhesives and heat-conducting pastes. The cleaner reliably removes contamination from screens used in PV module production as well as from stencils, misprints, aluminum and stainless steel. Flux-Ex Glue is pH-neutral and quick-drying. The cleaner can also be used on water-sensitive products.

Flux-Ex Oven

Flux-Ex Oven was developed for manual cleaning of all types of soldering systems such as SMD ovens or wave soldering systems. The foaming gel removes flux residues thoroughly and gently, for example from machine parts, soldering frames, carriers, aluminum, GRP, plastics, stainless steel and glass.

Flux-Ex Oven offers the following advantages:
