Mean Well NSP-2400 Series – Latest-generation programmable 2,400-watt power supply

The demands placed on modern power supplies are constantly increasing: more power must be made available in ever-smaller spaces. Compact power supplies with high power density are in high demand, particularly in industrial automation, semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, and renewable energy systems. With the new NSP-2400 series, MEAN WELL is expanding its successful NSP family with a high-performance 2,400-W power supply.

The NSP-2400 combines high power density with extensive features and high reliability. Compared to the previous RSP-2400 series, the unit’s footprint has been reduced by 55%. At the same time, the input voltage range has been expanded to 85–305 VAC. For applications with high short-term power requirements, the power supply also delivers a peak power output of up to 200% of the rated power. This makes it particularly suitable for loads such as motors, pumps, or capacitive loads.

The integrated PV/PC functions allow the output voltage and output current to be flexibly adjusted to the specific application. The output voltage is adjustable from 0 to 120%, and the output current from 0 to 100%. Various safety certifications, as well as compliance with SEMI F47 requirements regarding voltage dips, enable use even in demanding industrial environments. MEAN WELL also offers a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
