The new LED drivers of the SLD-150 series from MEAN WELL complement the ultra-slim linear power supplies of the previous SLD-50/80 series with a 150-watt version. The SLD-150 is designed for a wide range of lighting applications, such as decorative lighting/advertising lighting or linear lighting. In addition to EN61347 certification for lighting, the power supplies are also certified according to EN60335-1 for electrical safety in households, enabling their use in vending machines and refrigerated display cases.
The SLD series is an ultra-flat and linear LED driver in an insulated class II/2 (plastic housing) design. The power supply units are available with 12 volt and 24 volt output for advertising backlighting or linear luminaires. A model with constant current output is also available which covers the voltage range from 30 V to 56 V and a current range from 1400 to 4170 mA. With SELV and isolated circuit design, this series is a safe LED driver for indoor applications.
