HRP-N3 series - Power supply units with up to 350% peak power for applications with high starting current

With the HRP-N3 series power supply units, Simpex is expanding its range with a power supply solution that is capable of supplying up to 350% more power than the rated power for short periods.

This series is based on MEAN WELL 's established HRP series. The HRP-N3 versions are capable of delivering up to 350% of their rated current for a duration of 5 seconds. This allows loads with high starting currents, such as motors, pumps, valves, etc., to be supplied with sufficient power during the start-up process.

It is therefore no longer necessary to oversize the power supply unit due to short-term power requirements. This saves costs and space in the application.

The HRP-N3 series is available in the power classes 150W, 300W and 600W with 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V output voltage.
