With the combination of a fast-acting and a long-lasting activator, the solder wire innovation DB-1 RMA offers a double boost for a new dimension in wettability. This enables you to shorten process times and reduce production costs in the long term, even with oxidized components. The service life of a soldering tip is significantly determined by the degree of oxidation. An oxidized soldering tip makes it difficult or, in the worst case, impossible for the solder to flow or wet the soldering tip. Almit's M-Line prevents this problem from arising in the first place, as it almost completely prevents the soldering tip from oxidizing thanks to an innovative micro-alloyed alloy with an increased proportion of gallium. The reduction in soldering tip consumption, labor costs and solder consumption results in enormous cost savings. Lead-free solder wire, Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu-0.03Fe-a, 217-221°C, ROL1, no clean.
